Paul Sheetz - Founder and UX research operations

πŸ‘‹ Meet the team @ Turbo UXR

Thanks for checking out Turbo UXR, where we deliver "User experience research (UXR) at the speed of business". We're passionate about driving measurable product improvements. We achieve this through actionable recommendations derived from user insight. This website showcases our UX research project examples for companies such as Meta, UnitedHealth, Esurance (now Allstate), as well as provides a home-base for our writings on UX research best practices.

Paul A. Sheetz, MDes, MBA is the Lead UX Researcher at Turbo UXR. While working at a spectrum of companies from Fortune-5 to Fortune-500, he's applied UX research to solve for the intersection of business needs and user challenges. Paul first learned about the idea of "user experience" while designing e-commerce websites in 2009. The notion of data analytics, user behavior πŸ€”, and customer research quickly became highly influential in the success (or failure) of his products. Ever since, he's been on the journey to strengthen the process by which we understand the user, and their needs, for business growth purposes. Graduating in 2014 from IIT's Institute of Design β†— with a focus on human-centered design research and business strategy further enriched Paul's toolkit of UX research and business methodologies. He's been putting it to work πŸ”¨, and honing his craft ever since.

Our process involves leveraging structured user-centered design research methods to gain empathy and clear understanding of users from multiple perspectives.

At Turbo UXR we increase business value by improving omni-channel user experiences (digital, physical, service-based, etc.) spanning industries of technology, healthcare, transportation, insurance,Β finance and more. Our process involves leveraging structured user-centered design UX research methods to gain empathy and clear understanding of users from multiple perspectives quickly. This provides the foundation for product feedback, testing, and iteration based on the derived insights. We've had tremendous success increasing key metrics for global companies, such as improved engagement, enrollment, retention, throughput, clickthrough, etc. Now, we're excited to partner with you to advance your products, and their user experience, similarly.
